Who am I?

I am a professional legal researcher and civil rights advocate. I am currently volunteering with Memphis Area Legal Services and attending Middle Tennessee State University to finish my degree of legal studies I started at Southwest Tennessee Community College. I plan on continuing my education through law school and opening my own firm that helps those that cannot afford these outlandish fees attorneys charge nowadays.

As stated on my homepage I have 6 years experience dealing with legal matters inside and outside the courtroom. I have successfully challenged prison conditions, state and federal law, and took on the retail giant Walmart and forced a settlement. I am currently pursuing a Section 1983 tort against my former college, Tennessee Department of Corrections, and the state of Tennessee. I have provided legal research and information to several people that ended up as a victory for them in the court system, including a dismissal of criminal proceedings and bringing a daughter and her father back together after an uphill legal battle.

As you can see I have broad knowledge and I can prove it. Hiring me will be the best thing you could have ever done. I guarantee it!

No law or ordinance is mightier than understanding.

If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, he is obligated to do so.

Thomas Jefferson

True freedom requires the rule of law and justice, and a justice system in which the rights of some are not secured by the denial of rights to others.

Johnathan Sacks
